How to Request Deletion (via WhatsApp)

- App username (if applicable)
- (Optional) Reason for deletion and any supporting proof (such as a screenshot)
Identity Verification
For your security, our support team may ask you to complete a small verification step (for example, confirming a code sent to your registered phone/email) to ensure no one else requests deletion of your data.
Processing Time
- Once verified, we will begin the process of deleting your account and data.
- Normally, this will be completed within 7–30 calendar days.
- In some cases, backup systems may require additional time to fully erase data.
Confirmation
After your account is deleted, we will send you a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Notes
- If your account is linked to a third-party provider (e.g., Google Sign-In), some authentication data may remain under their control, and you may need to contact them separately.
- We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable aggregated analytics data to help improve our services.
